Description
This kind of machine is suitable for cutting medium-sized internal or external columnar gears. It can setting the fixture to machining spur gear, helical gear and multiple gear at one time, and especially suitable for deep hole with internal gear.
The machine is a multifunctional and fully automatic gear shaper which has 6 axes with the simultaneous movement of 4 axes. The machine has the functions of cutter head automatic lifting, stroke length automatic adjusting, automatic change internal cutting to external cutting, electronic helix guide, and auxiliary tool change. Main spindle of the cutter tool adopt hydrostatic structure and the worktable adopt rolling bearing structure.
