Description
The machine is mainly used to machine internal spur and helical gears. It equipped with external cutter head and tailstock is available to process large shaft gears.
The milling cutter can rotate angle automatically, to complete the processing of helical gear.
The milling cutter head adopts dual drive and the gear pair will be anti-backlash at the same time.
Both the cutter head slide and column feed adopt overloading ball screw pair, the guideway adopt fixed position quantity. Between the column and machine bed, there is a lock oil cylinder for clamping.
The worktable adopts hydrostatic unloading with strong load and has lock function when it works.
