Description
This machine is available for the rocker shaft of automobile redirector industry for processing sector gears with constant ratio, variable ratio, crowned tooth profiles or eccentric, etc. on steering shafts, especially suitable for mass production.
The machine is a multifunctional and fully automatic gear shaper which has 3 axes with the simultaneous movement of 3 axes. It integrated the latest developments of gear shaper machine, and applied the following technique: The bed guideways are adopted heavy linear guide with forced lubrication, overturn the column by hydraulic oil cylinder to change the cutting angle. The machine tool can selectively install hydraulic automatic locating device of workpiece.
