Description
This kind of machine is mainly used for machining plate type of midsize, including internal or external cylindrical gear and helical gear.The worktable of YKD5150×3 can slant an angle of ±10,which is used for machining reversed-taper gear.
The main motion is driven by AC frequency inverter motor. Both circular feed(X axis) and radial feed (C1 or C2 axis) are driven by AC servo motor. What’s more, users can set up the cycles and the depth of cut for every cycle according to the demand of cutting.
The machine has the mechanism of cutter relieving in oblique direction and can realize the small number of teeth cutting.
The chip of the machine is discharged through the central hole.
YK5150D×3 and YKC5150D×3 gear shaping machine are both with central hole to remove chip.
