Description
This kind of machine is mainly used for machining plate type of midsize, including internal or external cylindrical gear and helical gear.
The main motion is driven by AC frequency inverter motor. Both circular feed(X axis) and radial feed (C1 or C2 axis) are driven by AC servo motor. What’s more, users can set up the cycles and the depth of cut for every cycle according to the demand of cutting.
The machine has the mechanism of cutter relieving in oblique direction and can realize the small number of teeth cutting.
